Septum Spike 4mmx42mm spikes

This septum spike is really awesome and quite beautifully crafted. As an American, I don't use the metric system, and as such, used an online millimeters to inches converter. Even having done this, I couldn't get a good feel for how big the actual product was going to be. Anyway, this product is really cool and if you want a BIG septum spike, this is the thing for you. For my own personal tastes, it was too large.
