Standard Delivery : 1-5 days - **Non Tracked, No information available after sending.
Tracked : Special Delivery : Next working day
Air Mail : 3-10 days
Tracked : International Tracked : 3-7 days

Signed for : International Signed for : 5-10 days (where International Tracked is unavailable)
Delivery times are an estimate only & may sometimes vary. Delivery is a service provided by Royal Mail / The Post Office, not Extreme Body Jewellery.
**There is no tracking available with standard delivery so please choose a tracked service if you would like tracking or information on your delivery. Please do not ask us for information that does not exist!**.
Order before 1pm, same day dispatch
Where possible all orders received before 1pm are dispatched the same day. Orders received after 1pm are usually dispatched the next working day. PLEASE NOTE - Orders where Special Delivery is chosen, received after 1pm on Friday will not be sent until Monday

Late Delivery / Non Delivery
Our delivery timing estimates are taken from information provided by Royal Mail, with some time added for more safety. If you did not select a tracked delivery service there is no tracking available for your delivery. Royal Mail state that claims for non delivery can not be made until the following times from the sending date:-
UK - 15 working days
Europe - 20 Working days
Rest of the World - 25 Working days
We can only take action on undelivered items once Royal Mail's claims timing has been passed.
Last Posting dates for Christmas 2016
Royal Mail advise that the following dates are the last posting dates for delivery before Christmas. We recommend leaving a few extra days where possible to be on the safe side.

Christmas / New Year 2016 Opening dates
We will be closed & unable to send any orders from 1pm on 23rd December until 3rd January (10 days). Any orders received during this time will be sent on 3rd January.
All prices are listed & charged in UK pounds sterling. Prices will show an estimated conversion to Euro's, US Dollars & Australian Dollars. This is intended as a guide only & the actual currency conversion rate charged by your credit card company or Paypal may vary.
All of our Jewellery is sold as single items, 1 piece, unless otherwise specified as a pair or 2 pack.
Payments are handled by your choice of Paypal or WorldPay. You can use most major credit & debit cards or your Paypal account to make a purchase. Our shopping cart will transfer you by a secure connection to make payment directly with Paypal or WorldPay to ensure a safe & secure transaction. Your credit card details are never shared with us. Please note : With Paypal & Worldpay you "send" us the payment during the checkout process. This means that your card or account will be charged at the time of checkout.
We reserve the right not to accept or cancel an order from any customer for any reason. We will of course contact you with the details you have provided & arrange any refund of payment that has been made where we will not or cannot supply an order for any reason. Where our system accepts an order for a product that is out of stock we will contact you to advise on expected delivery time or to arrange a refund. In some cases we may require extra verification of identity to accompany credit card purchases for security reasons. In the event that this is necessary we will contact you to request whatever extra information is required.
Our orders are sent in plain postpacks & our name is not shown, only a 'sent from' address
An order can be cancelled at any point before the goods have been dispatched. After dispatch we cannot recall or cancel the shipment so you will then need to follow our returns policy (below). You should receive an email to the email address that you provided once your order has been shipped. The email is sent several hours after the order has been dispatched. You can also check your order status here. You will need the email address used to make your order & your 5 digit order number to log in. This is subject to the same update delays as the email update.
Returns & Exchanges
Please do not break the sealed plastic packaging if you want to exchange or refund your Jewellery.
Due to the potentially infectious nature of used Body Jewellery we can only accept the return of new & unused Jewellery which has not been inserted into a piercing or the skin in any way. The only way that we can be sure of this is if the jewellery remains sealed in the original clear plastic packaging.
The Jewellery must be returned to us in new, unused condition. The only exceptions to this are where there is a manufacturing fault or other error on our part. For authorized returns we will provide you with a return number & return address.
Please contact us within 7 days of the day following delivery & return goods to us within a further 7 days of receiving a return number for a refund or exchange to be made. Do not send Jewellery back to us without first contacting us & receiving a return number. We will only accept returns that have been authorised & that arrive with a valid return number. Any requests for exchange or refund after 7 days following the day of delivery will be declined.
When we authorise a return we will refund the Jewellery cost only & not shipping charges, unless due to a manufacturing fault or other fault or error on our part (where we would refund all postage costs). The customer is responsible for all return & replacement shipping costs. Larger orders which have been sent with "Free Shipping" will have a shipping charge deducted from any refund of payment should this result in the final order being below the free shipping threshold.
When returning goods to us the safe transit of the goods is your responsibility. We take no responsibility for returns that do not arrive or are "lost" in the post. This is a matter between you & the postal service used & any compensation must then be sought from the postal service used. For valuable items or to avoid the possibility of lost packages we suggest using a signed for delivery.
Damage to goods in the post
In the unlikely event that goods from your order have been damaged in the post please contact us within 7 days of the day following delivery. We will require either photographic evidence or the return of the damaged goods to our UK address, at our discretion. Once you have shown us the damage by photograph or by returning the goods to us we will arrange the shipment of a replacement & a refund of the return shipping cost (or include extra goods of a higher value than your shipping costs should you choose this option)
If the post office are unable to deliver your order (e.g. incorrect address details provided ) your order will be returned to our shipping office. We can resend your order to the same address or a new address of your choice for our standard postage charge to your location. Please note that the speed of the package return is entirely down to the post office.
Duty / Tax
We are not responsible for any duty or tax demands made by your country. Most national customs services do not tax small retail orders but for more details please contact your national customs service.
We guarantee that the Jewellery you receive from us will be in new & unused condition. We cannot guarantee that the Jewellery is Sterile as we do not have a sterile packing facility. We recommend that you thoroughly clean & sterilize all Jewellery before use.
Although we try to be as accurate as possible with the information we provide, we shall not be liable for any losses or damages you may suffer arising out of your use of the information or products on this Web site. Extreme Body Jewellery does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose of any of the information shown on our Web site. In no circumstances shall Extreme Body Jewellery be liable for any injury, loss, claim, damage, or any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages of any kind, or any damages whatsoever which arise from or is in any way connected with any information or products on the Extreme Body Jewellery Web site. By using our web site, purchasing any items or arranging any service with Extreme Body Jewellery or from the Extreme Body Jewellery web site you confirm your acceptance of these conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Extreme Body Jewellery is an online shop for Body Jewellery. We try to know all there is to know about our Jewellery but we are not professional piercers and are not qualified to give advice on piercings.
