Q: How can I know if an item is
in stock?
A:
Our shop knows how much stock we have. If an item can be
added to your shopping cart then it is in stock. If a size option
becomes temporarily unavailable the option will be 'greyed out' in
the drop down option list & you will be unable to add it to your
shopping cart. All other items are in stock & ready to be shipped!
In the rare event that there is an error in our stock numbers & we
cannot ship your order immediately we will email you with available
options
Q:
How long will delivery of my order take?
A: Our jewellery is currently shipped from Bangkok, Thailand,
with a usual delivery time of 7-14 days (USA up to 21 days). Many orders arrive
within 7 days but some do take longer than 14 days. International mail
delivery is a service provided by the post office, not Extreme Body
Jewelllery & is not within our control. Post Office delivery times can occasionally be
unpredictable & we cannot investigate late deliveries until 28 days
from the date of shipping.
Q: How are your orders shipped?
A: Our orders are all shipped from our Bangkok, Thailand shipping
office using Registered Airmail with the Post Office.
This is currently our only available option within a reasonable
price range. Deliveries are made by your national Post Office
service (Royal Mail, USPS, canada Post, Australia Post etc)
Q:
How can I track my order
delivery?
A: There is limited tracking information available for
Registered Airmail & this varies by country. Some national post office web sites (e.g.
USA / USPS) provide delivery or status information once the package
reaches the local delivery hub, just before delivery. The UK post
Office (Royal Mail) do not track incoming registered airmail (even
though we have begged & pleaded with them to do so!) . Their web
site will therefore give no tracking information results. For other
countries, please check with your national post office web site. In
the unlikely event that a package is lost we can launch an
investigation from the originating post office after 28 days.
Q:
I have not received my jewellery yet.
How can I check what has happened?
A: You should have received an email when your order was shipped &
handed to the Post Office. The post office generally take between 7
- 14 days for delivery worldwide (USA up to 21 days) but can
sometimes take longer.
If your order has not been delivered within this time, please
first check for a delivery note in case there has been a failed
delivery when no-one was present to sign for the package. This will
have a contact number & web address for you to arrange a new delivery. To check
with your local post office you should quote the registration number
which can be found by checking your
order
status here or in your order status update email, sent when your
order was shipped. If your local post office have no details of your
package after 28 days, please
contact us. We can start a tracking investigation
only after 28 days from the date of shipping.
Please note: Some national
post office web sites (e.g. Royal Mail) do not provide online
tracking results for incoming International registered Airmail.
Q:
Why does my package registration number show no results on the Royal
mail or USPS web site?
A: Unfortunately Royal mail does not track incoming registered
airmail. USPS (USA) do track incoming registered airmail but only show
results once a package has reached the local delivery hub, approx 1
day before they make delivery. Until this time the USPS track &
trace tool will have no record of the package number.
To verify that a package has been sent please visit the
Thai Post Office track & trace page. You will need to enter the
package registration number which can be found in your "order status
update" email, sent when your order was shipped. This will show that
a package has been accepted by the post office but provide no
further tracking information. For further information where
available, please visit your national post office web site
(countries that do track incoming registered mail only)

With stretching jewellery, is the stated
size (e.g. 3mm) the size of the large end or small end?
A: The size stated is always for the largest end

Can you give me piercing or stretching
advice?
A: Please see our

& piercing advice. We are Jewellers rather than Piercers & are not
the most qualified people to give this advice
Q: Are Flesh Tunnels (Plugs, Barbells,
Fake Plugs) sold in pairs or individually?
A: All of our Jewellery is sold as 1 individual piece, unless
otherwise stated. Where any items are sold as pairs it will be
clearly indicated. US customers please note: In the UK / Europe,
Body Jewellery items are sold individually. For a pair, please order
2 pieces.
Q: How do I
cancel my order?
A: If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been shipped,
please inform us by
email. Once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled.
You would then need to wait to receive the order & then contact
us to arrange authorisation for a return.
