Delivery
Orders are currently all sent from our Bangkok, Thailand
office by Registered Air Mail. We ship most orders
within 24 hours (next working day)
Once we have shipped your order the
delivery is then managed by the post office. We find that the post
office usually deliver orders between 7 - 14 days to most
countries (USA, Canada 10 - 21 days).
If your order has not arrived within 28 working days please
contact us (with your name & order number) & we will start a
tracking investigation with the originating Post Office. We cannot start
tracking investigations until 28 days after shipping & must
wait up to 56 working days for the Post Office to give us tracking
investigation results.
Full tracking information is not available with registered
airmail. The Royal Mail web site unfortunately does not provide details of
incoming registered packages. Some national post office web sites do
provide tracking information (e.g. USA) but only when a package has
reached the local delivery hub & has been scheduled for delivery.
To verify that a package has been sent please visit the
Thai Post Office track & trace page. You will need to enter the
package registration number which can be found in your "order status
update" email, sent when your order was shipped. This will show that
a package has been accepted by the post office but provide no
further tracking information. For further information where
available, please visit your national post office web site
(countries that do track incoming registered mail only)
The most common reason for non delivery of orders is when an
attempted delivery is made by the post office while no-one is
present to sign for the delivery. Please check for a delivery note
which will have contact details for arranging a new delivery. If you
do not contact the post office within the stated period your order
will eventually be returned to us.

Canada, Ireland, Norway etc)
this is only available close to the time of delivery (i.e. when a package has arrived to
your local area post office & is scheduled for delivery)
